About Shortlist
Hiring without the busywork—for independent restaurants and small restaurant groups.
A simpler way to hire
Shortlist helps restaurant managers write a job, share a mobile application link or QR code, collect applications, and review employer-defined screening answers in one place.
Managers make hiring decisions. Shortlist’s answer matching is explainable and does not rank people or make hiring decisions. Phone screening, messaging, and calendar features may be offered only when explicitly enabled.
